Return & Exchange Policy

At MIYORI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange process.


Eligibility Time Frame:
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Condition:
Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom sunglasses — including any special designs requested by the customer or modifications made by the customer themselves. (e.g., monograms, engravings)

  • Items purchased on sale

Note: Standard sunglasses with the Miyori logo are not considered custom and are eligible for return or exchange according to our policy.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us:
    Email our customer service team at info@shopmiyori.com.
    Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization:
    Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for shipping your item back.

  3. Ship Your Return:
    Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your RA number inside the box.
    Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in your return instructions.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your sunglasses for a different color, size, or style, please mention this when you contact us.
We’ll ship your new item once your return has been received and processed.
Exchanges must be for an item of the same price point or lower.


Shipping Costs

You’ll be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.


Please note: Miyori reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
