Eligibility Time Frame: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send your item back.

Ship Your Return: Pack the item securely in the original packaging and include the RA number inside the package. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in the return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item for a different color, size, or style, please indicate this when you contact us. We will ship the new item once we receive and process your returned item.

Shipping Costs You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
